Managing Stress & Anxiety

Do you feel stressed and anxious?

Are you in a bad mood, struggling to focus, or feeling like running away ?

Are you sleeping badly?

If yes, you may be experiencing chronic stress and anxiety.

This therapy course will help you understand the origins of stress and give you tools for recognising and managing it.

It will teach you:
– why we experience stress and anxiety
– how to recognise them
– your triggers for stress and anxiety
– tools for managing or diminishing the intensity of stress and anxiety

Delivery will include information on the origins of stress , management techniques during and in between sessions, and a final review.

Managing Burnout

Are you dreading going to work?

Do you feel exhausted, disconnected from your job?

Are you struggling with simple tasks?

If you answered yes to all of these, you may be heading for burnout.

This therapy course will help you take stock, rest and re-focus, reduce your work related stress and re-assess your priorities.

It will give you a chance to:
– help identify your main areas of work related stress
– help you re-balance by re-connecting with enjoyable activities and hobbies
– make short and long term action plans.

Delivery will include information on causes and symptoms of burnout, exercises during and in between sessions, follow up, and a final review

Improving self-esteem

Is your inner critic always set on loud?

Do you feel that other people’s needs are more important than yours?

Are you always eager to please?

If yes, you may be experiencing low self-esteem and lack of confidence.

This therapy course will help uncover the origins of low self-esteem, and improve your self-confidence and self-compassion.

It will help you:
– understand where your self-beliefs come from and why
– work with your inner critic
– identify your own needs
– develop self-compassion and esteem.

Delivery will include talking therapy, creative therapy (if it suits you), exercises and reflections for in between sessions, and a final review.
