How I can help

Simply put, I can help you explore your thoughts and feelings, where they come from, and how they affect your life in the present.

Having someone to talk to at various points in your life can be extremely helpful in dealing with a range of issues. However, it sometimes feels hard to share your problems with friends and family for fear of being judged or upsetting them.

Counselling with me gives you a chance to openly talk about what is troubling you, in confidence and without the worry of feeling judged. This is often the first step towards discovering ways for you to change your life for better.

Counselling is not about advice or being told what to do. Instead, it allows you to explore your issues together with the counsellor, and to understand yourself and your choices.
